Instructional Designer
I bring over 20 years of instructional design expertise to help you transform complex technical content into clear, engaging, and accessible learning experiences. I create training programs that bridge theory and practice, ensuring learners can confidently apply new skills on the job. My solutions deliver measurable performance results using a mix of modalities, including interactive eLearning, video, hands-on labs, and instructor-led training. Every learning experience I design is built to transfer knowledge effectively, boost learner confidence, and drive success for your organization.

This course on Ethernet Private Network (EPN) Provisioning is intended for personnel in Network Operation Centers. During our analysis and design phasees we discovered that newer learners didn't have a clear understanding of the types of EPNs. The lesson shown here is the introductory lesson that introduces learners to the three primary EPN types. The lesson uses a combination of interactive diagrams, real-world use cases, and guided narration.

The purpose of this e-learning program was to give Flight Attendants hands-on experience with their new In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system. To achieve this, I developed an interactive walk-through of each task using ActionScript and HTML. Because each airline customer required a unique interface, I designed the solution to reference JSON data files, allowing rapid customization and updates. This approach also empowered non-developers to maintain and update the training content as needed, ensuring flexibility and long-term sustainability.
Lab-based training is highly effective for maintenance personnel, who are typically eager to gain hands-on experience. With access to live hardware, we designed lab exercises that aligned with classroom instruction, reinforcing key concepts through practical application. In addition to instructor-led labs, we offered a cloud-based simulation environment that enabled learners to explore independently at their own pace. Some images in these samples are blurred due to copyright restrictions.
Keeping learners engaged is key—especially in fast-paced airline environments where time is limited. At Panasonic, our customers needed a kiosk-based training solution that would grab attention during short breaks and motivate employees to complete the program. I designed interactive, scenario-driven experiences with game-based elements that made learning both fun and practical. The examples below show how these solutions helped Maintenance Technicians and Flight Attendants quickly master the operation and troubleshooting of the In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system.
